4. What is Viking's warranty?

Please review the literature that came with your Viking Appliance for detailed warranty information.  If you have lost that paperwork, no worries, you can contact Viking Customer Service.  If you want to save time and avoid confusion, locating your exact Viking model number and serial number will ensure you get the right answers.  We have a handy guide to Viking Model/Serial #'s here.

6. I live in Canada.  What about Shipping Costs, Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Charges?

We appreciate Canadian Business and have made efforts to make shipping there simple and affordable for our customers.

Shipping Costs

We offer our Canadian customer many different levels of UPS shipping.  When you place your order, you can choose your method.  The shipping charge is paid to allvikingparts.com.

Duties

 1. Viking parts are generally exempt from duties per Nafta agreement since they are usually manufactured in the USA.

Taxes

1. Goods valued at C$20 or less are exempt from taxes.

2. Above C$20 please see chart below.

Brokerage Charges (payable to UPS, NOT allvikingparts.com)

IMPORTANT: THESE REDUCED CHARGES ARE FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES ONLY

1. Goods valued at C$20 or less are exempt from brokerage charges.

2. Goods valued at C$20 to C$200 have a flat C$10 brokerage charge.

3. Goods valued over C$200 will have brokerage fees from the table below:

Value for Duty C$200 - C$350 = Broker Charge of C$45.60

Value for Duty C$750 - C$1000 = Broker Charge of C$65.15

Value for Duty C$1000 - C$1250 = Broker Charge of C$72.10

Value for Duty C$1250 - C$1600 = Broker Charge of C$76.65

How to pre-pay. (We HIGHLY recommend this method)

To make it easier, allVikingParts has worked with UPS to pre-pay any fees over the phone at:

 1-800-263-8125 option # 3

You must have the UPS tracking number we provide you upon shipment to pre-pay.

Pre-Paid packages are not delayed.  If you choose not to pre-pay, Customs will hold the package until it is paid.

Remember: You have paid allVikingParts.com for the actual product and the shipping.  You need to pay UPS for any Applicable Taxes and Brokerage Charges.
