Water Filters for Built-In Viking Refrigerators
If your filter is located in the bottom of the refrigerator, underneath the meat savor - you have a built-in Viking refrigerator and need RWFDISP Built-In Water Filter Viking.

These Viking Refrigerator Water Filters are a replacement for the water filter cartridges supplied when you purchased your Viking Refrigerator. These filters reduce sediment taste and odor. They also reduce cysts, particulates, turbidity, lead, chlorine, atrazine and lindane. They are NSF compliant and are ready to install (no assembly required).

To ensure proper filtration, the water filter cartridge should be changed every nine months or after 750 gallons of water are used, whichever comes first.

 Water Filters for Freestanding Viking Refrigerators
If your filter is located in the top right hand corner - you have a freestanding Viking Refrigerator and will likely need RWFFR Freestanding Water Filter Viking, UNLESS your model number is VCSF136D or DDSF136D.  These two freestanding, side-by-side, refrigerators with dispensers use RWFFRSXS Freestanding Water Filter Viking.

When a water filter has been installed in the refrigerator, the yellow Order light will illuminate when 90 percent of the volume of water for which the filter is rated has passed through the filter OR 11 months have elapsed since the filter has been installed.  The red Replace light will illuminate when the rated volume of water has passed through the filter OR 12 months have elapsed since the filter was installed.

A new filter should be installed immediately when the Replace light is illuminated. After replacing the filter, press and hold the Water Filter Indicator button for three seconds. The Order and Replace lights will go off.
