1. Where do I find my Viking Model/Serial Numbers?

Viking appliances have a model/serial tag located in various places depending on the type of appliance. Click here to find the Viking model/serial tag on your Viking appliance.

2. Where can I get service for my Viking Appliance?

While many of our Viking Part Pros have also actually serviced Viking Appliances, we at do not dispatch Service Techs. If you live in IL, WI, MN, Northwest IN, or Dallas Fort Worth, please visit or phone 888.878.4546.

3. What is your return policy?

Parts can be returned within 60 days of purchase. A Viking Part Pro will examine the part. If it is unused and undamaged, we will credit your purchase less a 15% Re-stocking Fee.

6. I live in Canada. What about Shipping Costs, Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Charges?

We appreciate Canadian Business and have made efforts to make shipping there simple and affordable for our customers.

We offer our Canadian customer many different levels of UPS shipping.

Duties, Taxes, Brokerage
We have created an account with UPS that allows us to skip the customs step and delivers your parts straight to your door for a very attractive fee. If you place your order online, we will need to add the fee to your order and will email you back your correct total. If you place an order over the phone, our Viking Parts Pros will give you the correct total. We are very happy about this as now you don't have to worry about contacting UPS separately - and the rates make doing business with Canadians very painless - YAY!
