How do I return my Viking Part?
Parts can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Most of our parts are subject to a 20% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for returning saleable product that is unopened, unused, and undamaged in a timely manner. If you need help determining if you are ordering the correct Viking Part for your Viking Appliance, we highly recommend that you contact one of our Viking Part Pros before you order. Call one of them at 888 988 4546. They are available Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm Central, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 7pm Central.
Some of our parts, namely Special-Order Parts and Electronic parts are not returnable. All sales are final when ordering Special-Order or Electronic Parts. You will be asked to accept this return policy when you add these items to your cart. All of our parts are clearly marked with their return policy on their individual product page.
